Shannon Brainerd (Civil Litigation Attorney)

Ms. Brainerd is an associate at Beck Law, and is a member of the firm's Civil Litigation practice group, and is currently representing clients in Sonoma County, Mendocino County and Lake County. Ms. Brainerd represents both plaintiffs and defendants in landlord/tennant disputes, personal injury actions, contractual disputes and other tort actions. In addition, Ms. Brainerd also represents clientele regarding medical cannabis matters.
Prior to joining Beck law, Ms. Brainerd practiced civil law, with an emphasis in contractual disputes and business law.
Ms. Brainerd received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Redlands in Government and Anthropology and her Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara School of Law. Ms. Brainerd is admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of California, and the Northern District of the Federal Court.
